Hope House of Arizona’s Leadership Development program consists of 4 six-week training sessions designed to encourage young adults  to discover and embrace the leader within by expanding their leadership capabilities, learning to work with a team, and improving their interpersonal and communication skills. The aim is to help them realize their leadership potential, by cultivating their leadership skills, while also encouraging them to use good judgment, make wise decisions, and develop the skills that will empower and equip them to grow into the leaders of tomorrow. It is our hope that each young adult will understand their importance, worth, value and purpose in life, while encouraging, motivating, and inspiring others to do the same.
