Transitional Independent Living Program

The Transitional Independent Living program provides support and services for young adults ages 18-20 who were previously involved in foster care. It is designed to work with young adults to identify and set goals, arrange for supportive services, and develop the skills and connections necessary for a successful transition to adulthood. We offer educational support services, life skills training, leadership development, assistance in pursuing post-secondary education, and job training. Our services are also designed to complement the youth’s own efforts and focuses on ensuring that they are equipped with all the tools necessary for maintaining stable living conditions and successful independent living.

Independent Living Program

The Independent Living program is designed to assist youth, ages 16-20, in achieving independence and self-sufficiency by providing educational & financial support services, housing assistance, counseling, and employment support. Training in interpersonal and daily living skills is also provided to prepare youth for adult living.
