HOPE HOUSE OF ARIZONA
Hope House of Arizona believes that every youth deserves shelter and a safe place to live. HOPE180 Transitional Housing Program supports youth aging out of foster care by providing short-term housing, as well as supportive services to assist them in achieving self-sufficiency and independence as they transition toward adulthood. The program is open to eligible youth between the ages of 18-24 and is designed to promote a sense of family while ensuring that every youth that ages out of foster care has a place to call home in a stable, supportive, and nurturing environment.
HOPE180 TRANSITIONAL HOUSING PROGRAM
Hope House of Arizona’s Residential Living Centers allow youth the opportunity to complete high school, pursue post-secondary education, receive assistance enlisting in the armed services, or help obtaining gainful employment.
Residents will also have access to resources to increase their ability to succeed, both academically and professionally, while also receiving the assistance, training, and services necessary for a successful transition into adulthood.
Each residence provides youth with access to technology that will allow them tthe opportunity to:
• Search and apply for employment
• Complete high school course work or online GED program
• Attend online college courses
• Apply for available benefits and assistance
• Learn basic and advanced computer skills and programming
